Angel's Envy Rye Finished In Caribbean Rum Casks

This is one of my FAVORITE holiday pours. I get a lot of dried apricot, syrupy sweetness, and just a tiny bit of baking spice that personally reminds me of thumbprint cookies. If you don't like sweet, this isn't for you, but if you want something sweet and approachable, this is a fantastic pour.
