Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel Bourbon

As far as toasted barrels go, this is one of the most solid options. You aren't overwhelmed by the toasted vanilla/marshmallow/cinnamon flavor that you get from some toasted expressions, but they do compliment the bourbon flavors really nicely.
