Redwood Empire Pipe Dream

This was one of the first bourbons that I really got behind an started talking about regularly on social media. It is so sweet and approachable, and really just a crowd pleasing bourbon in my opinion. The only folks who I've come across who didn't like it have thought it was too mellow, and I can't disagree with that. If you enjoy mellow, I think you'll like it.
